How to use it

All shipments has status tabs (All, In transit, Delayed, At port & customs, Delivered, Booked) and a search box for shipment codes, customers and references.

Open a shipment to follow it end to end:

  • Route. Five checkpoints, for example origin port, sea transit, arrival port, customs, to warehouse, each with its own status.
  • Facts. Container number and type, cargo, weight, shipper, consignee, incoterm and PO reference.
  • Container temperature. For reefers on Growth or Scale: readings against the set point with average, min and max. Gaps in the sensor feed show as gaps, not as a straight line.
  • Latest updates. The event timeline, newest first.
  • Documents. The checklist: bill of lading, customs declaration, commercial invoice and so on. Dispatchers upload; the file lands as Submitted. Only an admin or the owner can mark it Verified or reject it, and the review is stamped with their name. This is one of the rules Postgres enforces.
  • Assigned driver. Truck, trailer, plate and ETA, with a button to message the driver.

A port call can name a Pruva vessel. The line is text, not a link. Noon reports, crew, and insurance stay in Pruva.
