That covers all of it: the app, the marketing site, these docs, the shared packages, the database migrations and the demo data generator. The repository's LICENSE is a private use licence:
- Private, internal, non-commercial use only, by people Techsy has given access in writing.
- No selling, reselling, renting, sublicensing, hosting it as a service or any other commercial use.
- No distribution or sharing with third parties, in source or compiled form.
- Governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction.

The demo data is fictional. Harborline Logistics, Starter Freight and every person, shipment and number in them are generated.
Portline is not open source, and there is no open-core or self-hosted edition. Every package in the repository is marked "private": true and "license": "UNLICENSED".
Third-party code Portline depends on or vendors keeps its own licence notices, listed in ATTRIBUTIONS.md (for example the Magic UI device frames on the marketing site, and the simple-icons logo data).
