How to use it

Sites is the overview for every warehouse:

  • Capacity rings per site, with total, used and available m².
  • Dock schedule table with All, Inbound and Outbound tabs: what's arriving and leaving today, per door.
  • Stock by zone as a heatmap of zones A to E, so a full zone is visible at a glance.
  • Low-stock alerts with warehouse, SKU, product, bin location, on hand, reorder point and replenishment ETA, flagged Critical or Low.

Inventory is the full stock list with search, for when you need a specific SKU.

Integrations

The Integrations page in Warehouses lists the connectors below and the status of each. Owners and admins connect them; everyone else sees them read-only. Every connector is a mock in this build. See Connections for auth and plans.

  • SAP S/4HANA · ERP and orders. Orders and stock from the ERP, so warehouse numbers match finance.
  • NetSuite · ERP and orders. Item master and stock levels from NetSuite.
  • Shopify · ERP and orders. Web orders that become outbound picks.
  • Zebra scanners · Scanning. Handheld scans at the dock and in the aisles.
