How to use it
Threads are linked to a shipment or a driver, so the conversation about a late truck sits next to the truck. The inbox shows unread counts; open a thread to read and reply.
A message is always posted as you; the database refuses a message with someone else as the author. Viewers can read threads but not post.
Messages to drivers are stored only. In this build nothing is sent by SMS or email; the app shows a "would send" notice instead.
Integrations
The Integrations page in Messages lists the connectors below and the status of each. Owners and admins connect them; everyone else sees them read-only. Every connector is a mock in this build. See Connections for auth and plans.
